A brand new south facing end terraced stone barn conversion, finished to an extremely high standard, is now available for its first year as a holiday let.

Meadow View Barn is situated in the village of Over Compton, a delightful hamlet located just on the Dorset side of the county border with Somerset, a few miles from the towns of Yeovil to the west and Sherborne to the east.

Public Houses can be found in the neighbouring villages of Nether Compton 1 mile (The Griffins Head - very traditional) and Trent 1½ miles (The Rose & Crown, which has been recently renovated and comes highly recommended serving excellent food - it’s dog friendly - www.roseandcrowntrent.co.uk).

The Barn has been tastefully restored to a uniquely traditional, yet modern dwelling that will sleep up to 4. It has 2 bedrooms (one double and 1 twin), a modern style bathroom with shower, as well as an open plan living/kitchen/dining room with sofa and dining table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen.
